These are unmanned drones that are recording citizens activities inside their cars and homes. Houston PD says they'll work out the whole warrant/search and seizure thing "later".
Why the secrecy? Why the lies about restricted airspace and the fearmongering to scare the media off? Aren't HOUSTON taxpayers paying for these drones?
Does anyone really think they'll be used for speeding tickets? Please.

This is your only chance to have your voice heard (and, I might add, possibly change Sheila Jackson Lee's gerrymandered dragon of a district, District 18).

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, the Democrat incumbent queen bee from the 18th District, was caught illegally electioneering at a polling place. While there is no audio, pollwatchers and sources say that after being confronted over electioneering violations she didn't leave immediately.
Then she pitched one of her trademark hissy fits, and called for Eric Holder to send some DOJ attorneys so they could monitor the pollwatchers. She specifically names her latest arch enemy, the King Street Patriots. The more the merrier - but does Sheila really want the DOJ in her house poking around?
This is exactly why True the Vote and pollwatchers are so important. King Street Patriots, by the way, has officially invited the Department of Justice to attend one of their pollwatcher training sessions and urges them to send someone out to check on things.
I personally know some of these poll watchers by the way. They are not Black Panthers dressed in militia garb holding sticks. They are retired school teachers and grandmothers who attend bible studies.

An election judge had to call the constable to eject Borris Miles when he wouldn't leave a polling station. He's the Democratic state representative candidate for District 146 (Sunnyside).
Miles says he has to be there so he can keep an eye on the the Teaparty pollwatchers. True the Vote is making some serious waves!
FEMA recently denied Gov. Perry's request to declare parts of Arlington a disaster zone after flooding.
Despite 8 deaths, 100 high water rescues, and 100 houses and condos destroyed, that's just not enough to get federal help.
