The Lt. Gov of South Carolina has announced that he has written to all the states to join in calling a Constitutional Convention to amend our constitution to stop this federal takeover. Everyone needs to tell their Lt Gov to support this plan. We only need 2/3 of the states to call for the convention and then 3/4 of the states to pass it for it to become part of the US Constitution.http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/usconstitution/a/constamend.htm
